Double Denim!

denim shirt - hypnotic
scarf used as belt - vintage
scrabble necklace - little shop called Fallen Saint
jeggings - new look

Remember the days when double denim was sooo in? Alexa Chung and Henry Holland where raving on about it and Topshop had denim shirts all over the place? Yes, well I remember wanting one so bad but I couldn't actually afford one from Topshop and Primark were taking ages to bring some out so I got this one from hypnotic which is a shop that's found all around the Midlands. It was from the SALE's section and I got it for a lucky £4! I like it the most because it's not your average denim shirt, you know what I mean? The jeggings, well, they were a handmedown haha since I have such fashionable cousins who happen to give me all their stuff when they're finished with it.

The minor accessories are what make outfit I think. I'm not really one to hoard jewellery because I break them or loose them lmao, that's just how it is when you share a room with two little sisters! The scarf is gorg and pretty much multi-purpose. I'm hoping when I go vintage fair I can get a bargain from my favourite guy who sells the most amazing things when ever I go to the usual vintage market on a Saturday morning.

The scrabble necklace is a new fave of mine. I got it from a little shop in my town called Fallen Saint but you can get them pretty much everywhere. Ebay is your best bet but I think VIPXO sells them. I would buy one but Paypal is annoying. I would love to get a bracelet though with like UMAUMA haha on it. We'll have to seeee!

I generaly like this outfit though. I wore it to church this morning and yeah, what do think of it? It's my first ever outfit post and I think it pretty much shows you what my style is like.

But I was reading Aha Shake Heartbreaker the other day and it's suddenly made me want to have like a little Sunday Sophisticate sort of thing. It wouldn't be as amazing but I love writing! Reading hers is always a great read on a Sunday with some hot chocolate and toast and I'd quite like to do little articles so why not? I don't think it'd be on a Sunday as such but I don't know, I think it'd be good practise haha and I know I would enjoy writing little fashion feature. It's just a matter of what day and what it'd include.

Off to have brekkie and make brownies (lol a bit late to have breakfast but you're not supposed to eat before you go to church because the bread of life fills you up!) Enough of that though,

What are your thoughts?

Love,

Umauma
